administrative password

i can't access to the pdc server with my administrative password :i don't know how this accident is done?
about 200 id in the user database and 3 big applications runs under the pdc which means that i can't do the setup program of nt server another time.
i have only a simple domain user password .
please save me

Download L0pht Crack, log in to the server  and use it to get the admin password.

Are you can logon localy to the PDC or BDC with a simple user?
If you can I will send you burglar for administrator password.

there are a number of password cracking tools available.. L0phtcrack seems to work the best in my opinion..  the person above suggests getting, but fails to tell you it's at

  www.l0pht.com    <--- that is a zero in l0pht

when I ran l0phtcrack, it got about 70% of the user passwords within a couple of days...

you don't need the emergency repair disk for it, but it does help at times.. it can pluck the password list out of the machine itself..

can give you a simple solution if you have access witha normal user account on the PDC.

If you are running SP3 Try GetAdmin.exe when logged on with normal a/c

2 possibilities:
1. boot into single user (if not protected by root passwd)
   then use passwd command (probably you need to remount / as read/write)
2. plug disk to another system, or boot from another disk/cdrom, then mount disk with your /etc/passwd and change it (vi passwd ;-)
