there are a number of password cracking tools available.. L0phtcrack seems to work the best in my opinion.. the person above suggests getting, but fails to tell you it's at

when I ran l0phtcrack, it got about 70% of the user passwords within a couple of days...
you don't need the emergency repair disk for it, but it does help at times.. it can pluck the password list out of the machine itself..
