I've got an old 4 port wired router and a new 4 port wireless router. I need to be able to access the web based menu of the wireless router so I'd like to make that my main router. What kind of configuration do I need to setup so I can utilize all 8 ports?

Kcferret is correct, although I don't think you would have to get a switch. You should be able to hook the routers together with a cat5 cable via your LAN ports on each router. But unfortunatly you are loosing one port per router that way leaving you with the afore mentioned six connections for PC's.

Routers or Hubs?
To utilize all 8 ports you would need to get a switch for the 2 routers to connect.
Othgerwise running one router through another would only leave 7 ports (actually 6 counting the connection to the outside)
