presently my 2 mb leased line is through v.35 modem (RAD HTU-E1 v.35) . Now my service provider terminated the ofc link in my premises and we got same rx and tx pair after ofc termination . my problem is how to connected this terminated pair to cisco 2620 router . As techinacally I know this is possible but how to do it ?

Assuming your 2Mb line is E1, then:
You can get an internal E1 DSU module for the 2620 and connect. It depends on how the telco brings in the line. It is G.703 direct, or x.21?
If your 2Mb line in in the USA and DSL service, then what you're getting is Ethernet line from the modem, not v.35.
If your 2Mb line is actually two bonded T1's (normally 3Mb), then you need the v.35 cable to the mux.
