group policy+empty temp internet files

As far as I can find, it looks like there is no clear way to use group policy to force internet explorer to empty temporary internet files upon exit. Is setting the disk space used for cache, the closet way to do accomplish this?

Depends what your reasons for needing this are, but I have seen it used on low resource machines in a local business resource centre to restrict the growth of multiple local caches.
