If you just want all these computers to "see" each other on the network all you need is a hub or a switch with an adequate number of ports and straight through cat 5 cables to connect the computers and servers to the switch. Thats the hardware part. The rest of the problem requires some specifics about your servers and PC's like what OS they are running and what the purposes of the servers are.
