I'm positive about the speed and duplex. I actually forced it as a resolution attempt. Auto does the same.
Yep, I guess I'll walk through the connection.
I'm going to plop my notebook into the end point conn. (swapping out the PC) and see what happens.
If it goes good right away, then bye bye NIC, else I start swapping switch ports and then cables.

RWU is "Remote Wakeup". Those tell the card to wake up the machine under various circumstances if the Wake On Lan cable is attached and the BIOS supports it.
PHY I'm not sure of, but it usually is an abbreviation for PHYsical. Not sure what it's going for compatibility with.
As for your slow times, I notice you're hard set for speed and duplex. Are you sure you don't have a mismatch? Duplex mismatch is a frequent culprit. Might try autonegotiating, or double checking the switch if that's a posibility.
Others. . . bad cable, bad network card (I just had one acting like this last week), or sometimes even bad port on switch.
