Browse All Topicsour client has a Machintosh laptop. it got a virus called W97M.Thus.A. they have Norton Antivirus software installed, and the virus definition is up-to-date. After I did a full scan, Norton shows all infected files have been repaired. but when I create a new word file, it comes out again. Don't know why
BTW, for Windows Machine, I used to take entire harddisk out, and hook up to another computer to do a full scan. I find it's a very efficient way to clean wirus. but don't know how to do it on Mac
