hitechauto,
Two things.
1. IE has a unknown application installed to it.
-unintall popup blocker or any other application installedo n your IE browser. (google or yahoo search bar)
-after uninstalling, reset your IE browser to default settings>tools>internet option>advance>restore default
2. Change ISP, your ISP can be causing this.
Thanks,
Lynnton

Choose the Security level. Public or shared computer will cause the connection to time out after a period of time requiring you to log in once more to view your mail. Private computer will allow you to access Outlook for the web without visiting the login screen during future sessions and will cause your connection not to time out when left open.6. Once you have chosen the log on preferences click the log on button to enter the mail client. If you have any questions please contact the Help Desk at 3343.
1) Remove popup blocker
2) Clear ie cache
3) As an alternative try to access via different web browser. (firefix, or opera)--found at www.mozilla.com, or www.opera.com

in IIS. make sure that the subdirectories have the same permissions set as the root exchange web directory.. we ran into this problem that everytime a section of the web access would load, it would ask you for a login and pass, and if you didn't type it in all the time you would be able to only view half the page.
what you could do is open up the web access permissions completely and make sure you can view all of it like that, and then start locking it down and see where it starts messing up.
