With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Backup Fails

My Backup Fails every once in a while(I do one every night at 11:00pm).
Here is the log.  What is going on and how can i prevent it?  I don't understand what process would be using these files, nobody is at work when this happens.
