Automatically install printer + tcp/ip printer port from an exe file or something?

Hi,
  Is there a package or way to allow a user to run an .exe file which will install a printer, set the tcp/ip printer port up and ip address on a  network, and install correct printer drivers WITHOUT the user having to do anything?

strConnectString = "\\PrintServerName\PrinterShareName"
strResult = objWSHNetwork.AddWindowsPrinterConnection(strConnectString)
strResult =  objWSHNetwork.SetDefaultPrinter(strConnectString)

************Copy everything above this line**************

Change \\PrintServerName\PrinterShareName  to  you existing shared printer name.
Save the script to anyname.vbs. Then double click it on the workstation that you want to have the printer inistalled on. Or call it from the login script.
