I have 3 Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet/Intel(R) PRO/100 S Server Adapters on my single &quot;Unbranded&quot; Assembled server which is hosted at my ISP.<br />
<br />
I wish to team these 3 NICs to give me a single adapter, so that even if one of my adapters fails physically, the interface will still be up.<br />
<br />
My questions:<br />
<br />
1) How do i do this?<br />
2) If all 3 NICs are 1GBps, what is the total spped i get at the interface after teaming? <br />

Any other suggestions.<br />
