tracert seems to work ok (except that on the first hop, it returned a * * request timout) like so ...

the first hop I presume is my adsl modem/router which is a connexant hasbani adsl 4 port router.
I thought I might like to use pathping to see what was going on with my web page, but now, it falls over at the first hop, like so...

Is there something I need to enable on my router to get it to accept/respond to the ping? The computer I am currently on is Parthenos 10.0.0.7 and it connects through a wireless access point 10.0.0.13 to my router 10.0.0.2. Both of which I can ping directly with zero loss.
