Not enough system storage... Extremely urgent

I am sorry about the extremely urgent comment. I know that is discouraged, but this is a true emergency. I was doing a backup on the server when it stopped working. I shut down the program and now when I try to connect to the server, it keeps saying "not enough storage." There is plenty of hard drive space. I somehow lost my mapped drive and when I try to map the C:\ drive again, it says "not enough storage." Error.

What can I do to fix this?
