Does the wireless printer have its own IP address? If so, have them set up printing directly to a tcp/ip port rather than as a local or network printer--add new printer, then use the "create new port" , standard tcp/ip port with the printer ip address in it
Check the default printers on the local pc, be sure they are set up properly for the new configuration

You can use printer redirection through terminal services. You need to make sure that the print drivers are installed on the server for the user's local printer. THen when they connect via terminal services to that server, the local printers mapped on their machine will be mapped on the terminal server.
