SBS 2003 Administration Tools

I upgraded from Server 2000 to SBS 2003.  After the upgrade my administration tools were missing.  So I reinstalled them by going to Add/Remove Programs>Small Business Server and installed Server Tools>Administration.   The install went fine, no errors.  I can open Server Management, but when I click on Servers and then click the Set Up Server link. I get the following error, "Cannot find scw.exe".  Any suggestions on how to get the working?  I am trying to add a Terminal Server Computer (Server 2003) to my SBS 2003 domain.  Thanks for your help.

First keep in mind that your additional server cannot be added as a domain controller, only as a member server.

I would reinstall SBS on your server.  you can do this by going to add/remove programs.  at the bottom of the list you will find windows small business server 2003.  Click change/remove.  here you will have the options to remove specific features and/or reinstall them.  If you haven't done too much configuring yet.  you may want to completely remove it and then reinstall it.

Thanks for the correction Jeff.  That white paper is great.  I guess my confusion comes where it talks about setting up replica domain controllers.  Never heard of it.  I will set 1 up in my test lab and see how it works.
Also, Robert, check out this white paper for the terminal server installation.

sorry, actually that link is the same as the one jeff provided above.
"replica domain controller" = "backup domain controller" ... same thing
sure but microsoft did away with bdc's after NT4.
well, technically they also did away with Primary Domain Controllers after NT4 as well... they're now all considered equal.  However, for the sake of SBS-land, because the Operations Masters must sit on the SBS it's still kinda like a PDC.  I think that's much easier terminology, even if its deprecated.
