thats what i thought but it did't seem to work, but now it does but sometimes it does'nt play the file.

Is there an way i can play MP3 files over my ftp acount from different location other than my home network.

Yes you can, go to My computer and type the address of your server
ftp://username:password@19
and then browse it within the explorer, double click play like a local file.
