thats what i thought but it did't seem to work, but now it does but sometimes it does'nt play the file.

i get this message from WMP

Some network protocols in the Player are not enabled. Enable all network protocols, and then try again.
The proxy server settings for the Player are not configured properly. Verify that your proxy settings are correct, and then try again.

Yes you can, go to My computer and type the address of your server 2.168.x.x
ftp://username:password@19
and then browse it within the explorer, double click play like a local file.
