Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI would like to know how to connect one server to multiple networks.
example : to connect a server to 10 networks it needs 10 network adapters, so what if it doesn't have enough slots to hold 10 network adapters.
Is there any external device that can be used as adapter to plug 10 network adapters for one server?
thanks

What do you want to do? Sounds like you have 10+ nets which you want to manage individual Internet access policies - so you can limit where people go by IP?
I haven't heard of a single server having 10 NICs to 10 different networks - no one does this. It would be a pain in the a__ to manage - just a bad design.

Why would you want to connect it to ten networks.
You would be better of linking it to router and setting up bootp if you are trying to sort out dhcp or something.
