Also, verify the default gateway is correct on the RRAS box... Routing isn't necessary for your local connection so this info could be WRONG on your server, but you'd still connect via VPN locally without any trouble.
If you have more than one router in your office and one is for the VPN connections and the other is for general Internet, your RRAS server will receive the VPN connection request from router 2 (assuming it's set up correctly) but it will try to respond though the default gateway that points to a different router.

When you start to configure RRAS, select the option to manually configure RRAS.
Right click on server name in RRAS console and go to properties
Check LAN Routing and VPN Server
This is the only way to configure a Single NIC RRAS Server for VPN Access
On the firewall make sure that you have allowed TCP 1723 and IP 47 (GRE). Do not confuse IP 47 with TCP 47 though.
