Completely remove drivers associated with a networked printer

A couple of days ago I did a clean install of windows xp on my laptop.  I have a Buffalo Linkstation Network Hard Disc with a printer server, and my laptop connects via A d-link wireless router.  When I added the network printer on my laptop, I used the drivers from my old printer in a moment of stupidity.  I now cannot remove these drivers - every time i try to uninstall and reinstall the network printer (which is a Samsung SCX-4100 laser printer) it automatically installs the wrong drivers (for an old HP Laserjet 4p).  How can I completely remove any association with these drivers so I can reinstall the correct ones?
