Default shared printer setting to black and white

Asked by jtcomstock in Miscellaneous Networking, SBS Small Business Server

I have a client running SBS2003 and they have a KonicaMinolta Bizhub C300 multi-function copier.  This is a shared printer from the server to the XP workstations in the office.  I have set the default setting to black and white on the server settings, but when I load the printer to a workstation it defaults to color.  How do I push out the printer preferences from the server to the workstations and have them hold on the workstation.  By default, my client wants everyone to print in black and white unless they need color.  Start Free Trial
