I have a dell Inspiron 1100. Windows XP. I keep getting "A network cable is unplugged" message for my integrated NIC. The cable is fine. Tested with another laptop. I have updated the driver, I have reinstall the drivers in the order suggested by Dell website. I have deleted and reinstalled the device. I have changed the Duplex from Auto to every configuration available. Nothing is working.
Broadcom 440x 10/100 nic.
Does anyone have any additional thoughts on this.
