Ok all I have a serious question..;} What would you expect the salary to be for a network admin that has his assosiates degree and 1 yr on the job experience (still at same company), he supports around 300 users and 7 different branches. works fulltime 40 + hours a week and is constanly on call, he supports a netware, linux and windows enviorment.
