high adsl network traffic

High I am experiencing very high broadband usage.
 have installed a network monitor NTOP (I dont have much experience in this)
NTOP  it is showing  high bad packets and high nonip traffic I am not sure what is cauing this and NTOP does not show where the nonIP traffic is coming from
Need to find out what is causing this see below results from NTOP
