cross through on 500 feet wire cat 5e

Hi
We have two buildings at some 500 to 600 feet distance and we want to establish a network.
We tested by setting switch on bth ends and connect through corss through wire diafram using cat5e wire.

it pings but loss many times. on refreshing again and again it shows half or less then it page.

How we can speed up pn long distance
