We have a T1 from Sprint going thru a Cisco 2800 to a PIX then into the Lan switch, from there goes to the servers Active directory/DNS, web servers, and SQL server. We have our own Block of IPs from Arin /24. Sprint will supply the T1 to the new location as well.
My plan is to have an extra router set up at the new location with sprint using another IP from our block, making sure their service is working properly .
I need to have the least down time on the website or at least an error page stating we are down for maintenance. I can move the equipment on a weekend when there is not much traffic to the site.
