Hello,
I need to map a network folder from an embedded device. The problem is the two are not in the same domain.
I have been using the command line utility "net", and I cannot find a way to make this work.
To clarify, the embedded device (Windows CE 6.0) needs to be able to access a shared folder on a pc connected via the same network, but on a different domain.

Sadly I have much fewer options on my build.
\> net /?
Usage:
net use [<local name>|*] [<remote name>] [/user:<username>] [/d]
or
net view <computername> | /DOMAIN:<domainname>
I can net view with the domainname and see a list of systems, but if I try to access one using "use" it never asks me for a password and simply tells me: "Invalid Username or Password"

Thank you very much, I've been struggling to find that document all day!
For those who may be reading this with the same problem:
Windows CE 6.0 has a bug whereby the "/password" switch is not correctly documented.
Also CE does not parse error messages, is simply reports an error, so isn't too easy for debugging. It turns out that my problem was in my usage of backslashes/slashes.
The correct syntax is the following:
\> net use * \\<system>\<folder> /user:<domain>\<user> /password:<password>
It is important to note however, that you CANNOT leave the password field blank or as "*" like under full windows, as this will fail by not asking for the password.
I don't like having to hardcode a password, but on an embedded system it shouldn't be too dangerous.
