remote desktop connection keeps disconnecting
Hi,
just past few days noticed that when i log into our network remotely using remote desktop and actually happens in webex remote access too, the process of opening up files in explorer or initializing apps is really slow. More and more been getting icon on my pc to alert that remote connection has been lost and then it reconnects but still really slow. Is there any logs on event viewer of my local pc to see what is going on? Or is it possible something on remote network is kicking me off. Been using this connection for years with no problem only experienced this now. thanks. Tried accessing 4 windows servers running 2003 server and all slow but think its because remote connection is timing out.

Also, you mentioned internet video conferencing. All this slowdown coincided with couple of days ago when one of the users required live support from accounting software support and they used microsoft live meeting to do a web conference. Would this have anything to do with it? Where would i begin to look?
