Dell Vostro 3550 Slow Boot Time

We have a Dell Vostro 3550 running Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit on our network and the startup time can exceed 4 minutes and once at the login screen the login time can be several minutes as well.  We have numerous other systems on this network that the startup and login time is well under a minute.  The server is Windows SBS 2011 and the notebook is connected to the network via LAN connection.

The system is running i5 at 4GB of RAM.
