Local Intranet
I need some advice on setting up an intranet to run a .NET application. 5 Windows 7 Pro workstations and one XP Pro WS. No server OS. Can someone point me at a kb article and maybe a few pitfalls to avoid.
Most ISP's provide some amount of webspace. Depending on the size and desired functionality, you may want to consider a private website instead of an intranet siite.

But regardless, with an application server, the normal rules of servers apply... leaving a minimal number of ports open, keeping as few services running as possible, maintain appropriate permissions, avoid telnet, etc.
