How can idenftify switch port by IP
is there a way to identify which switch port by bowing only the ip address of the device. of course without the need of disconnect the device.

Maybe it is just me but I have no idea what you're trying to say...? If your reason for not awarding points is because we provided information you were already aware of then either the question didn't need to be asked or you should have been more detailed in your question.
Drawing points for helping people is the big driver for us to work the site and answer questions. By you asking for our help and then thumbing your nose at us when it is time to close the question and say thanks by awarding points is insulting and is a waste of our time.
I'm not trying to be rude but it is what it is... and I'm pretty sure the community at large would agree.

@Soulja - A moderator should be dropping by soon. I objected to the close request when the OP submitted it and the question is still showing "A request for attention has been submitted". Hopefully the mod can resolve this in a positive way for you and I.
