Need to audit inbox access

Need to audit inbox access by a person other than the primary user. Event 1016 is not the answer because it is logged for shared calendar events and backup events in addition to inbox access. We are also looking for a way to have an email notification when this happens. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
