Groundwork opensource monitoring failed to open stream cent os 5.1

Tags: groundwork, php
Using groundwork opensource and CentOS 5.1 here is a simple breakdown.

The installer says it is successful and I go to the hostname to launch groundwork and all I get is a blank page for hostname/monitor/index.php

I check /usr/local/groundwork/apache2/logs/error_log and the following is inside.

Code:
[Mon May 05 21:39:29 2008] [error] [client 24.235.37.44] PHP Warning:  require_once(DAL/StatisticsDAL.inc.php) [<a href='function.require-onc
e'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/groundwork/guava/packages/sv2/support/sv2navnod
e.inc.php on line 23

I check the php.ini file for the include path and it is calling:

Code:
include_path = ".:/usr/local/groundwork/share/php:/usr/local/groundwork/share/pear"

This seems correct as DAL/StatisticsDAL.inc.php is actually in the format is correct and the user nagios owns it and permissions are set for reading.
