Monitor Network Share File Copying

As a separate question based on the events of my previous question, is there any way within Windows Server 2003 or via an add-on to monitor a network share in such detail as to determine that files are being copied, who they are being copied by, and where they are being copied to?

Thanks, but that doesn't really help.  I am looking for a utility that will allow me to monitor a file share and see if a file is being copied.  If someone opens a file on the share, a Read event is generated in the log.  If a user makes a change and then saves to that share location, I can see the Read/Write, but I need to be able to see if a user is copying the file from the share to either a local machine or a drive connected to that local machine.

After much review, I do not see options outside of specific monitoring software as the answer to this question.
