How to diagnose network traffic

Hi!

I have a user complaining about application is slow after 5:00PM.
We are using applications which access SQL database server and users are saying everything is good during the day but after 5:00PM ish, all application is slowing down.
How can I diagnose network traffic during certain period of time.
I would like to find out which server is causing the lag or what is causing the network traffic lag.
