Exchange Mirroring

I own a one site, one server, Exchange 2003 server.  I would like to set up disaster recovery by standing up a second Exchange server that would mirror, replicate from the first server.  Can you point me in the right direction for white papers, etc that would map the process out?
Also, my second Exchange server license is 2007.  Can I mirror 2003 to 2007?

I don't think you can mirror or replicate from 2003 to 2007, but you can use your 2007 licence to install a 2003 server.

I use Doubletake for Exchange replication between my prod exchange server and a cold exchange server in a DR center.

Very cool stuff, especially the automatic/manual failover. Push a button and away it goes. Too easy.

Can Exchange + AD Replicate / Mirror between two SBS Servers?
SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003) or SBS 2008 (Exchange 2007)?
Because one limitation of SBS is that you can only have one Domain Controller, so can you have one "Active" SBS Domain Controller and a second one mirroring it in case one server dies, and the second server can failover, rather than having to restore from backup tapes?

Doubletake does sync between SBS servers, one "HOT" server and one "Cold" but not between different versions.

There is a SBS specific version of Doubletake
