I inserted a ultrium tape into a drive in an other machine and this tape drive does not show my backup files

I inserted a ultrium tape into a drive in an other than where the backup was originally cereated and this tape drive does not show my backup files.

It shows some old backuo sessions, not the latest recorded on the tape.
The problem is that the original machine failed tonigt and thus I  cannot use that one to restrore the backup.

how can I retrieve the lates session in this other machine?

The backup in thie tape was confirmed with a test restore jus a few days ago, so it has a valid backup on it.

I was more than a little surprised when I was not able to restore my files!
