We are running a SharePoint server with version 2.0 of SharePoint. Some of the PCs on the network use Office Professional 2003 and some are installed with Office Small Business Edition 2003.
SahrePoint works finr on the Office Pro machines, but on the Small Business Edition PCs, when a user clicks to view a list as a datasheet, the following error occurs:
The list cannot be displayed in datasaheet view for one or more of the following reasons:
- A datasheet component compatible with Windows SharePoint Services is not installed.
- Your web browser does not support Active X controls.
- Support for ActiveX controls is disabled.
Any ideas?
