How do I create custom reports in Track-It?
Hi All,
I am trying to create a custom report in Track-It! Enterprise Edition 7.0.15.22. Everytime I click on "New Report" I receive the following message: "Crystal Reports not found. Would you like to sepcify the location of your Crystal Reports Installation?"
This is the first time I've tried to create a report so it seems that Crystal Reports is not installed on my computer. All the internet research I've found is telling me that I need to purchase the Crystal reports software. Is this true? I would think that it would come with the Track-It! installation. Please advise.

It depends on what you bought. I dont remember the version but one of the versions do come with Crystal. But most of them come with the Crystal Viewer which allows you to view the report. I would consult Track-it or look at the installation disks. It may be on there as as optional item for installation.
