Browse All TopicsWe have one D link DP300U Print server, & the IP is 192.168.47.11, We can configure any printer with this Printer server on Parralel port & USB port but when we wants to change any IP address or other ,it is asking for user name & password that we have forgotten. Now please help me to remove this password. I have tried with PS admin software, it also asked for password.

Hi callyp,
You should be able to login using:
Username: psadmin
Password: SYSxxxx
Replace xxxx with the last four (4) characters of the MAC address of the DP-301P+, in uppercase. For example, if the MAC address is 00-0F-AB-03-C1-A7, the password will be "SYSC1A7"
After logging in, you should be able to just change the password . Hopefully the mac address is printed on the bottom.
