I need some help on setting up Kaseya agent to monitor a SNMP-enabled Cisco 1841 router. I followed the directions in the following document:

That seems only to monitor servers and workstations. I need to monitor the interfaces on the router. Thank you.

You can download the MIB from Cisco using this tool: http://tools.cisco.com/ITD
As long SNMP is enable on the router with "public" name used on your "pulling" software, you should have all statisticas from all cisco gear and many other hardware(almost evry single of them- printers and so on...).
If you dont, verify if port 161/162 is open on network.
Personaly I like www.solarwinds.com like "engineering toolset", very simple and there is a trials you can use.........

I think you need to install a custom MIB, so that the Kaseya software knows can talk to the Cisco device. The Cisco router should not need any additional software installed on it.
