tool to remotly shutdown systems during off peek hours

HI,

We have various types of systems. E.g.: Dell, HP, SUN, IBM, Supermicro. with different OS installed. e.g.: Solaris, windows XP, Windows vista, windows 7, windows 2003, windows 2008, slse 9, sle 10, sles11, red hat es 4, ubuntu..

I would like to have a tool, which I can shutdown systems which are not being used, does anyone recommend any tool?

And which I can power them up easily as well.

For example, shutdown some systems during the weekend and power them up during the week.
