I'm Lost - Guidance Needed in Estimating Network Hardware & Support Cost

Hi all,

I need to quickly come up with an estimated cost for the hardware, the contracted installation, and the contracted IT support for a business network for a new facility.

NETWORK REQUIREMENTS:
DS-3 connection. Internet access for 40 desktop computers - cable only, no wireless. Engineers will be using AutoCAD on the workstations, and will need to collaborate on files - which should be stored centrally. Also, these files should be safely backed-up somewhere.

Since it's a new facility, the workstations will be new, so no cleanup necessary by the IT support contractors. IT Support should be 8-5pm, and cover the desktops, the server, and the rest of the network bits and pieces.

I have cabling quotes, and the desktops are taken care of. But no idea about what else required, and how much it costs.
