Data throughput calculations

I'm looking for a document that has a matrix of data throughput. I'd like something that lists speeds such as 56K through 5 meg and lists what could be expected for actual data throughput for file sizes of 100K through 1 gig. I'm looking for actual throughput that includes all the overhead of TCP.
