need help analyzing wireshark capture

I have been having several ferformance issues with a server and I finally decided to dowload wireshark and take a look at the captured data to see if I can figure out what the problem is. I don't know much about reading those packets, I do see some errors but don't know what is causing them or if there is more going on that I can see on the capture. Anyone knows of a good place to get help analyzing the data captured? Got a book on wireshark but I guess I am still to new to wireshark to figure the issue out in a timely manner.
