Finding busy hosts on network

Hi,

I run a Windows domain on server 2003 behind a Firebox x550e. There are ~100 nodes in the network.

Fairly frequently we get very slow WAN access due to 1 or two nodes using a disproportionate amount of bandwidth. What are your suggestions of practice or applications that would assist me in monitoring and/or tracking down the 'bad' hosts?
