Netflow with Cisco Router and Watchguard x1250e

Experts,

I am interested in using Netflow if possible to get a better look at the usage on our network. We currently have a Cisco 2600 series router that belongs to the telco that is connected to our T1 from there the Cisco router is connected to our Watchguard Firebox X1250e.

What I would like to know is if it is possible to have the Cisco router setup to use Netflow to gather data on our internal network. Basically I would like to have a program running internally on a machine like Netflow analyzer receiving the Netflow packets from the Cisco router.

Could this even work since the router is outside of the network in front of a very restricted firewall?

Thank you for any help you might be able to give:)
