Need to monitor/analyze all bandwidth usage in/out of LAN

Good day,

I've been given the task of tracking how much bandwidth we are using in and out of our LAN.  We are using stacked Cisco 3750 switches.

So I'm planning to configure a port on a switch to monitor all switch activity on the stack using WireShark.  Could anyone give me insight on what I need to configure a port to do this?  This is time critical.  Thanks!
