I have a home network settup and it's wireless. when i go to the network map on the vista hp box there is a broken line going from the computer name to the access point.  i also cannot file transfer at all it times out and says cannot access file make sure your connected to the network. i can browse a computer from another comp though i have a vista hp and a 2k pro and i can browse shared files on the vista from the 2k and vise versa.    all permissions, settings tcp/ip settings, and network settings are set.  however i don't know if they are set right or if there is something else i'm overlooking. anyone know what it might be??Start Free Trial
