Estimating network bandwidth usage

Zones: Network Analysis Software, Network Management, Network Design & Methodology

We are designing a network for a company, before continuing any further we need to estimate the bandwidth usage for the network.

there are 150 workstations where the following applications will be used:

webbrowsing
terminal services (windows remote desktop)
basic file transfering (average 3MB per file)
outlook

can anyone point me into any direction for create a realistic estimation for this? and good bandwidth usage meters of something?
