T1 point to point speed is slow

I have a point to point T1, after rebooting equipment and basic connectivity troubleshooting, I am getting no more than about 20K up and down through my point to point T1 connected by Cisco 1601 routers.  Ping requests come back with a solid 10-20ms.Start Free Trial
